Our outdoor courses are open to people from all walks of life. Many of our courses are tailored to your specific group through assessment and discussion. Or check out our calendar where we regularly post events and courses. Being in moderate to good physical health helps, but depending on the course you choose or create it is not mandatory.
Our courses are conducted in the great outdoors and you will be challenged physically. We offer kayaking, climbing, orienteering, and rope elements as options for your adventure. At the same time, you will be challenged mentally with problem solving, teambuilding, leadership, and communication activities.
