When you participate in our adult courses:

You learn navigation, orienteering, climbing and hiking while enjoying nature.

You discover your potential and strengths.

You go through problem solving tasks together with your group, learn to guide a group, to communicate efficiently, and train yourself in decision making.

You will acquire self-confidence and knowledge that are applicable to daily life.

Adult courses start at age 18. The duration of a course varies from 3, 5 to 7 days, even more – depending on the group. Each course is tailored to the needs of your age, education, and the desires of the group.

Courses run regularly throughout the year. The activities offered are orienteering, kayaking, rock climbing, rope course, expeditions, snow shoeing and sailing.
You will need to book in advance for certain dates. Please check our calendar for scheduled courses or contact us and book your own.

Winter course for participants over 18.

When: The specified dates include Friday + Weekend + Monday.
(Arrival and accommodation on Thursday night).
* Depending on the weather conditions the courses can be delayed for the next mentioned periods.

Program:

Theoretical basics
(winter mountaineering, snow surfaces, choosing a trek and more)

Orienteering
(using a map and a compass, winter landmarks, leadership skills)

Short expedition

First aid in the wilderness

Basics of alpine skills

Winter bivouacs and bivouacking

Get ready for adventures, group and personal challenges and lots of fun! The total safety of the activities is guaranteed by our excellent trained and certified instructors, always empathic and cheerful.

Have you ever wanted to try rock climbing, kayaking, or hiking? Do you want a great outing with your family and friends but do not have the equipment or experience. Outward Bound® offers one-day outings in small groups with 1-2 Outward Bound® certified guides. We provide all outdoor equipment so you and your friends can relax and enjoy your surroundings. We can create courses for clubs like the Rotary or Lions club, or groups of 8 or more. These outings are flexible, your group decides which activities interest you and we do the rest.

Sample Open Course Programs:

Club Course - are you a member of the Rotary or the Lions Club? Is your group looking for a new experience? An OBB course makes a perfect annual event or a special one-time occasion. You tell us your interests and desired location- we do the rest!

Family Program - a chance for parents and children to learn together and spend some quality time outside. A minimum of two families of four persons each is needed for this course.
