Outward Bound® - Bulgaria uses the newest methods of safety analysis and revises its method regularly, providing the safest programs possible. Outward Bound® continuously promotes our instructors to continue improving their qualifications to be in accordance with the international standards. This involves participation in international seminars as well as participating in Outward Bound® courses year round in: first aid, Alpine technological skills and safety/mental comfort of the participants.
Each of our programs is uniquely catered to the specific age, fitness, skill and education level of our participants. Every two years the Commission of International Safety experts of Outward Bound® International inspect each one of the OB schools in order to diminish the risk of incidents and optimize safety. To further ensure the safety and quality, all outdoor equipment is provided by Outward Bound®, such as tents, backpacks, ropes, harnesses, etc.
Our instructors that conduct our corporate trainings have two or more years of training in business, corporate methods, and team building methods. Our instructors also work in the corporate or professional world when they are not working for Outward Bound® so they can bring their own experience and knowledge into your training. |
